Sachin is a hardcore sales person handling all marketing activities of the company. He was part of ICICI Bank’s Direct sales team and has 15years+ experience in marketing of Mortgage home loans. He has an amazing network of Referrals partners of Property Consultants, Builders, Chartered Accountants and other loan agents in Delhi NCR, who refer him for Mortgage loan cases on a regular basis.
Mukesh Kumar

Mukesh has been with our company since the beginning in 2005. Now with 15 years+ of Mortgage experience, he handles Bank coordination and follow-up of all loan files for sanction and disbursement. He also does on-ground marketing and continuously adds to his network of Property consultants and Builders in Delhi NCR.

Hassan joined our company in 2009. Now with 11 years+ of Mortgage experience, he handles Bank coordination and follow-up of all loan files for sanction and disbursement. He also visits the customers to help in completing loan applications as per Bank’s requirements.
Santosh Kumar

Santosh joined our company in 2010 as a fresher and now with 10 years+ of Mortgage experience is well versed with credit policies of various banks. He can handle the entire sanction to disbursement process; right from sourcing of files till handing over disbursement cheque to customer.

Ikram has been with our company since 2014 prior to which he was with Axis Bank as Disbursement CPA having a total Banking experience of 8 years+. He shows some great interpersonal skills when coordinating with Banks for customers’ sanction and disbursement. Thanks to his sincere & determined attitude, he is an asset to our company.
Vimal Pathak

Vimal joined us in 2019 after leaving Kotak Mahindra Bank and brings with him 7years+ experience. He holds a Masters in Banking & Finance. Within a short span of a year with us, he has gained ample knowledge of Mortgage loans to prepare files, calculate eligibility and coordinate with Banks for sanction & disbursement of loan cases.
